Letsure’s Emergency Assistance Insurance provides landlords with cover in a range of emergencies, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In any of the following events, Letsure will arrange for an approved contractor to attend and carry out an emergency repair. Cover includes*:

How does it work?
You’ll be given a phone number, which you can pass to your tenants. If something goes wrong, your tenants can call the number and speak to a trained advisor, who will arrange for a contractor to attend the property and carry out an emergency repair. Up to £300 is covered for any one event, including callout, parts and labour. The maximum amount covered for any one period of insurance is £1200.
All this for only £95 per year**.
